Annamie joined the Educare community in 2000 when her eldest child started Kindergarten and has stayed connected ever since, becoming a trustee in 2023.

She has a background in publishing, television and the arts and is director of a live events design agency. She also works as a coach and consultant, helping people and organisations understand themselves better, build resilience and navigate change with confidence and purpose.

She believes Educare’s success stems not only from its innovative approach and curriculum, but also from the strong relationships fostered among staff, children, and parents. This perspective guides her work on the board, where she prioritizes clarity, strategic thinking, and open communication.
